MIT PRODUCTS FROM BURNSIDE BRANDS

In close collaboration with the MIT Sailing team, we have created a variety of products from retired MIT Sailing Pavilion Burgees, “Tech” sails, and luxury premium leather.

Further to reflect the deep and special relationship between MIT and the Herreshoff family and Herreshoff Manufacturing Company since 1878 each bag is co-branded with the MIT burgee and Herreshoff private signals, the Herreshoff sail dome stamp and the Universal Rule created by Captain “Nat” Herresshoff that was the algorithm for all J Class racing for over 40 years 

Using Burgees that flew over the MIT Sailing Pavilion, they  have been re-purposed to make a unique bag . We have only made six of this limited-edition bag.
